For my order, I called and received the correct information; however, the phone conversation was a bit awkward, as it felt like they were just giving me quick bits of information to get off the line. I ordered the product, and it was delivered neatly and on time as agreed. I had some additional questions, which I sent via email, and received a reply with the correct information within a day. Now, regarding the product itself, it looks perfect. I installed and connected it in my Trike, and it works well; however, I do have one comment: I find the original Bluetooth connection of the amplifier to be particularly poor. When I am about 2 meters away from the amplifier with my phone connected via Bluetooth, the sound starts to stutter. The amplifier itself is mounted as a build with the original mounting, and the materials used are of good quality.
Voor mijn bestelling uit heb ik gebeld en kreeg de juiste info echter telefoongesprek ging wel wat stroef, kwam bij mij over van gauw even wat korte info geven zijn we eraf. Product besteld en keurig netjes geleverd volgens afspraak, had hier ook nog wat vragen over en heb deze via de mail gedaan en binnen een dag een mail terug met de juiste info. Dan het product zelf, ziet er perfect uit, het geheel gemonteerd en aangesloten in mijn Trike, het werkt goed echter heb toch wel een opmerking, de originele bluetooth verbinding van de versterker vind ik bijzonder slecht. Als ik met mijn telefoon waarmee versterker via bluetooth verbonden is en dan ook op circa 2 meter afstand kom van deze versterker begint het geluid te haperen. De versterker zelf is als opbouw met de originele bevestiging gemonteerd, verder zijn de materialen welke mogeli
